As it passes it takes all of the stresses and tension away in the ray of light Alerter l'administrateur Recommander à un ami Lien de l'article

As it passes it takes all of the stresses and tension away in the ray of light.

Take at least four breaths.

Just like every other kind of emotion anxiety has a purpose.

This simple daily exercise can have results that will astound you and change your life for the better forever. Well the opposite of anxiety, fear and stress which are very similar feelings is relaxation. Do this process five times and finish with the breathing exercise that you did to begin with. Stand up straight, push your shoulders back and raise your head so it's facing straight forward.

It may sound too simple, change the way you position your body and you change your linsheng emotional state but it is true.

What do you think will happen when you're feeling anxious and you stop and change the way you're breathing, the way your body is positioned, the expression on your face? You guessed it, your emotional state will change.

Make yourself comfortable, either lie or sit down. If you just try it for thirty days you'll be amazed at the difference it'll make.

If you can learn to relax yourself when you're feeling anxious then you'll have an excellent way of controlling what is potentially a crippling emotion and therefore take your life back. It's impossible without your body slipping back into the physiology that your body uses when you're depressed.

As it passes release the tension in the muscles which it is passing over. This is what's easiest for me but you can do it to any count as long as the ratio is 1:4:2.

Remember the calm experience, once you've done it for thirty days it should be very familiar to you.

Your emotions are directly connected to your nervous system so if you change your emotional state then your body will respond accordingly. I've even heard of a woman who's afraid to touch coinage (money), can you imagine how this would affect your life.

Once it moves over your feet feel the tension and stresses flow out of you. Not doing so will only cause you undue stress at the thought of not making your appointment and you'll not reap the full benefits of the exercise.

To reap the benefit make sure you do this at least once a day for thirty days and whenever you've had a particularly stressful experience after that.

Here's an exercise to help you relax. Once you've done this imagine you're in one of your favorite places.

When the fight or flight response is activated your body takes action, your heart beat increases, you sweat, many times your mind plays the worse case scenario over and over in your mind and the only other thing you can think about is how fast you can get out of the situation.

Breath in through the nose to the count of four. It's designed to elicit your in built fight or flight response so that you're prepared if the danger comes to pass.

Give yourself at least 20 Heat Pipe Heat Sink minutes, preferably 30 to do the exercise and be sure it's quiet, your warm, there's no unpleasant smells and you're not going to be disturbed.

So how can this help you with your anxiety. Now release to the count of eight. One that's peaceful and relaxing. Often during this exercise people have a tendency to fall asleep, this is OK as if it happens it's only because you need it. Now breath from your abdomen and put the largest smile on your face that you can muster. You need as few distractions as possible.

Now imagine a warn ray of light slowly passing over your body. It's purpose is to warn you of a possible danger and to help you prepare for it. If you change your physiology, your emotions will change accordingly. It doesn't have to be a real place it can be an imagined one. Hold it for the count of sixteen.

Happy Relaxing

. Start with the ray at the top of your head and move it down over your face, shoulders arms and chest, torso, thighs, legs and feet.

If you have some where to go then it's probably best if you set an alarm. It should be done a minimum of once a day for thirty days in order to ingrain new neuro-pathways into the brain large enough for it to have any benefit in your life. The best part about this connection is it also works the other ways around. If you find it hard to believe try this.

When you're there keep that position and try to feel depressed. Whenever you find yourself in a situation when you're particularly anxious remember the calm feeling, relive the experience where you are and feel the tension dissipate.

The only problem with this is it's often applied to the wrong stimulus such as flying, spiders, dogs , social gatherings, and approaching a potential partner.

When a new addition to the family arrives, the cameras pop out like weeds Alerter l'administrateur Recommander à un ami Lien de l'article

When a new addition to the family arrives, the cameras pop out like weeds

in the garden. Unfortunately, most of the pictures, while enjoyed, never quite capture the cuteness of the new baby. Here are some tips to help you do the little darling justice.

First, let me advise you never to use a wide angle lens for a baby picture. The foreshortening of a 28mm focal length lens will be sure to (1) make the baby's nose appear larger, (2) reduce the size of their ears to looking smaller and out of shape, and (3) probably cause an overexposure of the image due to the closeness of the flash to the subject. One the other hand, a short telephoto lens (100mm) will reproduce our angel's features to a normal proportion, all of his (or her) different parts presented in the proper ratio. Even a small distortion of proportion has a definite (and detrimental) effect on the features.

While I'm not excluding taking pictures at night with a flash, I am recommending that you wait for daytime for that wonderful light coming from your window. Turn off the flash or cover it with two layers of white handkerchief. A setting of 200 ISO should be sufficient for a good exposure. The bottom pane is the one with the most photogenic light, so if you can, close off the upper part. Try raising the mattress in the crib so that you can see the baby without looking down. Soft light from the sky or light reflected off clouds produces a three dimensional rounded effect especially flattering to a baby's face. If the room is furnished in dark colors, place a reflecting surface near the baby to fill in the shadow. Use a tripod or other support and shoot away.

Try different angles: a high angle looking down, a position on the opposite side of the crib (turn it around), or even through the bars. Avoid using the macro setting on a zoom lens, since this setting most often incorporates a wide angle focal length. Find the closest distance possible on your short telephoto lens (85mm - 120mm) and stand at that distance. A two diopter close-up attachment lens could halve this distance for super close-ups.

For twins, try to have one sit and one stand. The diagonals produced in the composition introduce a dynamic note to the picture. Important is to have all eyes pointing in the same direction. A squeeze toy helps.

Don't forget the comic possibilities of baby photography. A cold piece of lettuce often produces a variety of quizzical expressions. A slice of lemon brings a riot of surprised and sour looks. A messy finale to a noon time meal is best enjoyed at a distance. Tickling feathers, air blown through a straw or a spray of water from a hidden source can supply an endless source of comical expressions. Before long, you'll have them captured forever in pictures and in your hearts!

Selecting art for your home can be an exciting adventure Alerter l'administrateur Recommander à un ami Lien de l'article

Selecting art for your home can be an exciting adventure and a source of enjoyment for years to come. Keys to success are figuring out what kind of art you like, how it will fit in with the rest of your interior design plans, and how to exhibit the art to the best effect in your home.

What kind of art do you like?

There are many opportunities to browse art within your community at local exhibitions, art fairs and galleries. Even small towns usually have a not-for-profit gallery space, or caf's and restaurant that exhibit local artists. In larger cities, galleries often get together for monthly or periodic ?gallery nights? where all the galleries hold open house receptions on the same evening. It's a great way to see a lot of art in a short time.

Today the internet provides the largest variety and depth of fine art available worldwide. You can visit museum websites and see master works from ages past, check out online galleries for group shows, and visit hundreds of individual artists? websites. One advantage of using the internet is that you can search for the specific kind of art you are interested in, whether it's photography, impressionism, bronze sculpture, or abstract painting. And when you find one art site, you'll usually find links to many, many more.

Should the art fit the room or the room fit the art?

If you feel strongly about a particular work of art, you should buy the art you love and then find a place to put it. But you may find that when you get the art home and place it on a wall or pedestal, it doesn't work with its surroundings. By not ?working,? I mean the art looks out of place in the room. Placing art in the wrong surroundings takes away from its beauty and impact.

What should you do if you bring a painting home and it clashes with its environment? First, hang the painting in various places in your home, trying it out on different walls. It may look great in a place you hadn't planned on hanging it. If you can't find a place where the art looks its best, you may need to make some changes in the room, such as moving furniture or taking down patterned wallpaper and repainting in a neutral color. The changes will be worth making in order to enjoy the art you love.

Sometimes the right lighting is the key to showing art at its best. You may find that placing a picture light above a painting or directing track lighting on it is all the art needs to exhibit its brilliance. If you place a work of art in direct sunlight, however, be sure it won't be affected by the ultraviolet light. Pigments such as watercolor, pencil and pastel are especially prone to fading. Be sure to frame delicate art under UV protected glass or acrylic.

How to pick art to fit the room.

Size and color are the two major criteria for selecting art to fit its surroundings. For any particular space, art that is too large will overwhelm, and art that is too small will be lost and look out of proportion. The bolder the art, the more room it needs to breathe.

As a rule, paintings should be hung so that the center of the painting is at eye level. Sculpture may sit on the floor, a table, or pedestal, depending on the design. Rules should be considered guidelines only, however, so feel free to experiment.

When selecting a painting to match color, select one or two of the boldest colors in your room and look for art that has those colors in it. You're not looking for an exact match here. Picking up one or two of the same colors will send a message that the painting belongs in this environment.

Another possibility for dealing with color is to choose art with muted colors, black-and-white art, or art that is framed in a way that mutes its color impact in the room. A wide light-colored mat and neutral frame create a protected environment for the art within.

Style is another consideration when selecting art to fit a room. If your house is filled with antiques, for example, you'll want to use antique-style frames on the paintings you hang there. If you have contemporary furniture in large rooms with high ceilings, you'll want to hang large contemporary paintings.

How to create an art-friendly room.

Think about it. When you walk into a gallery or museum, what do they all have in common? White walls and lots of light. If a wall is wall-papered or painted a color other than white, it limits the choices for hanging art that will look good on it. If a room is dark, the art will not show to its best advantage.

If you want to make art the center of attraction, play down the other elements of the room like window coverings, carpeting, wall coverings, and even furniture. A room crowded with other colors, textures and objects will take the spotlight away from the art. Follow the principle that less is more. Keep it spare and let the art star. Then relax and enjoy it.

Selecting and displaying art is an art in itself. Experiment to learn what pleases you and what doesn't. You'll be well-rewarded for the time you invest by finding more satisfaction both in the art and in your home.

The New Generation Led Warning Light Units Are The Brightest Most Powerful You Will Find. Alerter l'administrateur Recommander à un ami Lien de l'article

LED or Light emitting diodes have been around with us for some time. They were invented back in 1920's Russia. However it wasn't until the 1960's that the LED lights were mass-produced and Hewlett-Packard used them in their early calculators. As an addition to the lighting world, LEDs aren't that new but they are fairly new to the Emergency lighting world. LED warning light units will have several advantages over halogen or any other lighting. LED is certainly one of the cheaper lights to run for long periods of time. LED lights use an incredible 80% less power than incandescent bulbs. The lifespan of LED bulbs is far more than conventional bulbs so any LED warning light units you have will certainly have a long life. Typically, a LED bulb will last 50,000 hours as opposed to the measly 1000 hours you get from an incandescent bulb or even the 2000 hours from a halogen bulb. Those reasons alone are enough to make LED lighting the most popular choice for emergency vehicle lighting today. There are still more reasons why LED warning light units are becoming number one in the emergency lighting charts! LED bulbs are very compact in design and therefore less likely to break easily. The LED bulbs are waterproof and therefore highly durable and resilient, which in itself is a huge benefit. LED warning light units will give you a massive amount of light output with even a very small light unit, and that can save money on purchases. You may find that with LED lighting you need to by smaller light units, which tend to be much lower in price. As the LED lights are much brighter than conventional light, the LED warning light units can be manufactured to be smaller. In the case of police vehicles sometimes they need concealed lighting and the LED lights are ideal for that purpose. LED warning light units come in a vast range of types and sizes, the smallest will fit into the palm of your hand and the largest would cover the full width of a huge truck. The smaller units are just as versatile and multi functional as the larger units and you can get a higher light output from them. When high visibility of a vehicle is crucial LED lighting is the best first choice as it gives you that visibility with little effort and ease of use. All first response vehicles need emergency warning lighting so they can forewarn road users and pedestrians of their speeding approach.
